Dedicated to performing works rarely heard or performed in Australia and promoting Australian works and premieres.

Six Degrees is an ensemble of six highly experienced musicians with a committed track record of performance of new music. Justine Anderson, Melissa Doecke,  Stuart Fisher, Phoebe Green, Zac Johnson and Peter Neville. Six Degrees has at its core is a commitment to promoting and premiering Australian works by placing them in a context of important, but lesser known International new music. The groups combination of instruments include guitar, mandolin, piano, percussion, viola, violin, flute and female voice and aim to create a distinctive stylistic niche unique. At times this combination is extended with guest musicians. We promote and premiere Australian works alongside important repertoire from the canon of 20^th and 21^st century works.
